Italian casserole Recipe

8-10 servings
(makes a lot!)

ingredients :
16 oz (1lb) Rigatoni pasta
1 lb ground beef
minced garlic (to taste I use about a teaspoon
1 lb italian sausage
1 8 ounce mushrooms
2 (32 ounce) jars spaghetti sauce
pepperonis 
1 1/2 pounds shredded mozzarella (I suggest grating your own instead of buying it already shredded)


instructions:
preheat oven to 325 degrees
cook pasta until al dente

drain pasta, set aside

cook, beef and sausage in a large skillet
remove meat, into a baking dish
sautéed mushroom in the garlic

stir in mushrooms, sauce and cooked pasta into the baking dish. 
top with cheese and pepperoni

bake in the oven until the cheese is bubbly, about 20 minutes!!
